J Severino Construction entered the site development market in 2006 performing earthwork and underground utilities for condominium development.  We have since amassed a fleet of equipment and employed the individuals to make this faction of our company a cornerstone.  Using 100,000 # excavators, 40 ton off-road trucks, pull scrapers and large cat dozers equipped with GPS allows J Severino Construction to stand out as one of Northeast Ohio’s premiere developers.  Past projects include senior citizen communities, condominium development, housing developments, tax credit development and a golf course conversion to a luxury RV park.
