J Severino Construction has been involved with industrial construction for the past 22 years. We started by performing emergency water and sewer breaks. Over time, we began installing equipment pads and reinforced formed foundations. By earning a reputation as a safe, dependable, quality driven contractor, we recently earned the opportunity to bid and win mass infrastructure improvement contracts for ASHTA Chemicals (an Ashtabula Ohio based chemical plant). This specific project is our largest to date and encompasses all realms of construction including underground utilities, mass earthwork, formed reinforced 4’ thick floating concrete foundation, drilled piers, pump station installation, filter building construction, 40” jack and bore and installation of over a mile of 30-43” ductile iron pipe.
